At Vyala Silk, we prioritise the quality of our products. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks before being shipped to you. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. Please note that the decision to accept returns is at the discretion of the Vyala Silk team.
Once products are shipped, returns will only be accepted if the aforementioned conditions are met.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges or cancellations for products disliked or subject to a change of mind after purchase.
While we endeavour to accurately represent product colours in our photography, variations may occur due to monitor settings. Returns or exchanges based on colour discrepancies will not be accepted.
To receive a full credit refund, please ensure that sarees are returned in their original condition and packaging. This policy is non-negotiable.
Upon acceptance of your return request by the Vyala Silk team, refunds or exchanges will be processed within one week.
Please note that our exchange facility is provided only once per transaction. We do not entertain repetitive exchange requests.
In the realm of Vyala Silk, discerning between weaving inconsistencies and defects requires a nuanced understanding. While there isn’t a rigid classification for such inconsistencies, the following points are typically regarded as common weaving variations and NOT deemed as defects:
– Small knots or bumps in threads resulting from the piecing together of broken threads are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
– Uneven threads connecting the border to the body are inherent to the handloom process and are not considered defects.
– Slubs, which are residual threads bundled together in tiny knots, are a natural part of handloom weaving.
– Minute gaps in and around motifs are characteristic of handloom sarees and are not considered defects.
– The presence of dyed threads running over the pallu with Zari threads, resembling colour bleeding, is a result of the weaving process and is not deemed as a defect.
– Loose threads from Bandhani patterns, inadvertently stuck to the saree, can be easily removed without causing damage.
– Color discrepancies may occur due to variations in monitor settings. While we strive for accurate representation, colours may appear differently on different devices. We are available to provide additional assistance, such as videos or video calls, to address any concerns regarding colour accuracy.
Defects, on the other hand, include:
– Tears in the saree.
– Incorrect length compared to the stated specifications.
– Missing blouse piece, if indicated.
Rest assured, our dedicated quality check team meticulously examines each product to ensure that you receive only the highest quality items.
